The report seeks to reflect on the current socio-economic developments in Inxuba Yethemba Local Municipality with the view of providing a strong conceptual and empirical basis for policy-making, especially in turbulent times such as these. It provides the demographic patterns, labour dynamics, economic developments, and other socio economic indices related to the triple challenge of poverty, inequality and unemployment.
